I spun wool, knitted and wove it into shawls and garments to sell in the craft shop at Coolangatta Craft Ctr that Peter and I started in 1978. After completing many Folk Art painting courses in Sydney some with well known artists from America . The most well known being Jo Sonja Jansen. I painted and taught classes in Folk Art at the centre, I was also hand painting on Peter's hand thrown pottery .In 1997 I had my first exhibition at the centre with Paper Tole featuring native birds and traditional European design hand painted cobalt blue Plates. Patchwork and Iconic painting also starting to feature in my creative interests . Below is a sample of my work, these photos will be changed as I am creating new pieces
